These Terms govern purchases from Propane Tank Depot through propanetankdepot.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the published Shipping, Return, and Privacy policies.

Products and empty-tank disclosure

Every propane tank is sold and shipped empty. Propane, fuel, gas, and other contents are not included. Product condition, dimensions, included components, and documentation are limited to what is stated on the applicable product page or confirmed in writing before purchase.

Safety and local requirements

Filling, purging, inspection, installation, connection, maintenance, and use are not included. They must be performed by qualified professionals in accordance with applicable codes, manufacturer instructions, and local requirements. A listing does not represent that a product is approved for every location or application.

Orders, prices, and availability

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown separately. An order is accepted only when confirmed by Propane Tank Depot. We may correct genuine listing errors or cancel an unavailable order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Payment

Use only the secure payment options displayed during checkout. Propane Tank Depot does not require customers to complete payment through a money-transfer request sent outside the website checkout.

Shipping and returns

Delivery areas, charges, estimates, freight conditions, damage reporting, returns, and refunds are governed by the Shipping and Delivery Policy and Return and Refund Policy published on this website.

Manufacturer information and warranties

Manufacturer names and marks identify applicable products. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to that manufacturer’s terms. No additional warranty or certification is promised unless it is stated for the specific product in writing.

Acceptable website use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or infringe intellectual-property rights.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Propane Tank Depot is not responsible for losses caused by improper filling, purging, inspection, transport, installation, modification, connection, maintenance, or use. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States and Texas law. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes shall be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas.
